Job Vacancy: 5 Graduate Trainees (Electrical Engineers)

About the Role

We are seeking 5 Electrical Engineers to support design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in our manufacturing/industrial operations. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient power and control systems in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, install, and maintain electrical systems, control panels, and machinery wiring
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform preventive/corrective maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes, ISO standards, and company policies
  • Review and update electrical drawings, SLDs, and technical documentation
  • Conduct root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement CAPA
  • Monitor power quality, load management, and energy efficiency initiatives
  • Train technicians and production staff on electrical safety
  • Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory inspections
  • Ensure proper documentation practices for all electrical work and modifications
  • Participate in industrial Electrical installation (Three phase and Single phase)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of power distribution, motor control, PLCs, and VFDs
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
  • Attention to detail and safety-first mindset
  • Good documentation and report-writing skills
  • Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs
  • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines
