Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential borrowers
- Assess customer loan needs
- Process and follow up on loan applications
- Monitor repayments and portfolio performance
- Establish and maintain strong customer relations
- Provide quality customer service
Candidate specification
Educational requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum of a diploma from a recognised university or institution
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Previous experience in microfinance is an added advantage
Critical skills required
Outstanding skills, knowledge and other attributes. Eg creative skills, negotiation skills,
