Marketing Specialist
KAMPALA
Pureflow is seeking a talented and self-driven servant leader to strengthen Pureflow’s brand visibility and market presence through design, content development, and marketing strategy implementation, with a focus on translating Pureflow’s brand guidelines and marketing strategy into practical, consistent, and effective marketing initiatives across branches. The role will support the development of relevant marketing materials, content, and campaigns while coordinating with Branch Services to facilitate effective implementation at branch level.

Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist is part of the Branch Services team and reports to the Director of Branch Services. His/her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the items mentioned below::
- Design flyers, posters, brochures, banners, signage, social media graphics and other branded materials using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Canva.
- Translate briefs into clear visuals with strong layouts, simple messaging and effective calls to action.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready and digital-ready artwork, adapted for different branches and channels.
- Apply Pureflow’s brand guidelines consistently across all materials.
- Build reusable templates and maintain an organised library of design files and brand assets.
- Manage design requests, revisions and deadlines in coordination with Branch Services.
- Coordinate creative suppliers and printers, and check production quality before release.
- Contribute to marketing plans, campaign concepts and promotional messaging, under Branch Services guidance.
- Support branch launches, referral campaigns, market storms, community activations and local partnerships.
- Equip branches with approved materials and guide the team on using them well.
- Gather branch feedback and customer insights to improve marketing content.
- Write short promotional copy and support social media content production.
- Track design assignments and supported activities, and give regular progress updates to Branch Services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
- Demonstrated graphic design experience, with a strong print and digital portfolio
- Practical proficiency in one of these design software packages: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and/or Canva
- Understanding of brand standards, print production and basic marketing communications
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Coordination and stakeholder management
- Time management across multiple requests and deadlines
