Job Title: Administrator Seller Acquisition-Commercial Planning
Reporting to: Manager Commercial
Division – eCommerce
Mission/ Core purpose of the Job
The Administrator Seller Acquisition-Commercial Planning plays a critical role in optimizing the planning, execution, and performance of our E-commerce Platform. You will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, executing campaign mechanics, ensuring accurate onsite content, and analyzing performance data.
Responsibilities
Main Job Functions:
Commercial Planning & Campaign Management:
- Own and maintain the commercial calendar in alignment with the overall marketing calendar.
- Define and execute campaign structures, including discount types, voucher logic, and seller participation.
- Ensure all campaign mechanics are accurately implemented in back-end systems.
- Build and manage a deal tracker to reflect best pricing, stock availability, and priority SKUs.
- Forecast campaign performance (e.g., items sold, GMV, orders) and conduct post-campaign evaluations to optimize future.
- Refresh banners on homepage, floors, and custom pages based on campaign priorities.
- Coordinate with the design team for timely delivery and uploading of visuals.
- Manage category floors and landing pages to align content with commercial goals and ensure UX consistency.
- Double-check all online promotions, prices, and product content for accuracy before campaigns go live.
- Track and analyse key financial KPIs (GMV, orders, conversion rates, revenue by category/seller).
- Share weekly feedback and reporting with stakeholders to guide decision-making.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking on price, assortment, stock, and sourcing to inform commercial strategies.
- Monitor web analytics (CTR, CVR, bounce rate, etc.) and recommend UX/content changes.
- Track and improve SKU rankings and sorting logic on listing pages.
- Ensure high-priority SKUs are prominently displayed and optimized for visibility.
- Identify gaps or content issues (e.g., missing specs, low-quality images) and flag them to the content team with structured feedback.

Pricing and Promotion:

Collaborate with pricing and marketing teams to set competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns that drive category growth and profitability.
Inventory Management:

Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations while ensuring efficient inventory turnover.
Data Analysis:

Utilize data analytics tools and insights to make informed decisions, track category performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, logistics, and Eco System partners to ensure consistent growth.
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of 3 years graduate degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related field
Experience:
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience with E-commerce company

At least 2-3 years’ experience in E-commerce Category & Analytics.
- Experience in E-Commerce Category Management role will be preferred.
