Nyakayojo Sacco Ltd is a member owned, and controlled institution registered under the Co-operative laws of Uganda Reg. NO 7093. It is located at 7 miles Mbarara – Kabale High way.
Operations Manager – 1(One) position.
Reports to: General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Age: 25-35 years.
Experience: Must have a working experience of 2-3 years with microfinance institutions or SACCOs.
Additional Expectations
- Possession of relevant computer skills is a must.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Proven experience in microfinance systems.
- Financial acumen and strategic planning.
