The Audit, Tax & Advisory Partner will provide strategic leadership across client engagements, business development, partnership building, and team development – driving quality service delivery, sustainable firm growth, and lasting client and stakeholder relationships across audit, tax, and advisory functions. The Partner will play a central role in driving business growth through proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and the cultivation of strategic partnerships with key institutions, referral networks, and industry stakeholders. This includes leading pitches and tender responses, identifying cross-selling opportunities across the firm’s service lines, and representing Ronalds within professional bodies and the wider business community. Equally important is the responsibility to develop and inspire the team – providing mentorship and coaching to managers, seniors, and junior staff, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a high-accountability culture aligned with the firm’s values.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Audit, Tax & Advisory, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- Master’s Degree (Mandatory) with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Strategic Management
- Professional Certifications (Mandatory) CPA/ACCA or any other relevant qualification
- Membership in a recognized Professional Body (Mandatory) ICPAK/ICPAU/ ACCA
- Must hold a valid practicing license in the relevant professional field.
