The KPMG graduate recruitment program, seeks to identify and attract ambitious, focused and high performing fresh graduates to a world of unlimited opportunities. Through exposure to best practices and practical engagement in the corporate world. Applicants minimum requirements

Kenya

Graduating Class
Graduating Year: 2025 or by August 2026

University Grade
Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0 and above

High School Grade
Minimum B in KCSE with B in English & Math or Equivalent IGCSE and American system grading

Specialisation
Bachelor’s degree in any field

Rwanda

Graduating Class
Graduating Year: 2025/2026

University Grade
Second Class Upper/GPA 3.0

High School Grade
Minimum of B in the principles subjects of senior secondary school

Specialisation
Bachelor’s degree in any field

Tanzania

Graduating Class
Graduating Year: 2025 or by August 2026

University Grade
Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.5 and above

High School Grade
Minimum of division 2 at O’ Level and Minimum B in CSSE and B in English & Math

Specialisation
Bachelor’s degree in any field

Uganda

Graduating Class
Graduating Year: 2024 or by August 2025

University Grade
Second Class Upper/GPA of 4.0 and above

High School Grade
Credits in Maths & English and a minimum of 14 points at A- Level

Specialisation
Bachelor’s degree in any field
