Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NGO consultancy, research, data collection and analysis. Experience in malnutrition, food security, SRHR, SGBV, gender analysis and BMZ-funded projects is an advantage.
Job Description.
German Doctors e.V. is seeking a qualified consultant or consultant team to conduct an integrated Endline Study and Feasibility Study in Eastern Uganda.
The assignment will assess the current project and inform the development of a planned follow-up project aimed at reducing malnutrition through increased food security, strengthened health systems and addressing SGBV. The study will cover Mbale City, Bukedea, Butebo and Budaka.
The consultancy will involve reviewing existing project data, conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection, engaging key stakeholders, assessing institutional and technical capacities, and undertaking feasibility, financial and risk analysis.
Interested applicants should submit a technical proposal of no more than 5 pages, together with a financial proposal and the other documents specified in the Terms of Reference.
