Position: Distribution Manager
Technical Competencies:
- People management and customer relationship management
- Certified Supply Chain Professional or Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution is advantageous
Leadership Competencies:
- Ability to coach and develop teams
- Performance management and capability development
- Change leadership in a lean transformation environment
Experience :
- 5-8 years in Distribution Management or strong supply chain management- experience in poultry/livestock company is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage all distribution functions in raw materials, finished goods, dispatch, returns, and waste loading
- Manage all stores and finished goods warehouse
- Plan and optimise the off-loading of trucks
- Maintain stock accuracy and quality
- Establish and maintain all distribution standards
- Comply with customer mass customisation and unique demands
- Reduce supply chain waste across raw materials and finished goods dumps/waste
DEADLINE: 29th Sept 2026
Salary package will be based on experience.
