About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage accounting activities and support accurate financial reporting, taxation and audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
  • Prepare and submit relevant tax returns and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements.
  • Prepare information and schedules required for audits.
  • Support the preparation of audit reports and audit documentation.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Monitor income, expenses, payments and other financial transactions.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
  • Assist management with financial information and reports.
  • Liaise with auditors and relevant authorities when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of taxation and tax compliance.
  • Experience in audit preparation and preparation of audit reports.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Good computer skills and experience with accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
