KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
- Set strategic direction and oversee delivery
- Champion the path to deposit-taking status
- Approve budgets and multi-year growth plans
- Maintain focus on NMF’s social mission
GOVERNANCE & OVERSIGHT
- Chair quarterly board meetings
- Oversee Finance, Risk & Credit committees
- Ensure full BoU and UMRA compliance
- Monitor credit policy and ethical standards
RELATIONSHIPS & REPRESENTATION
- Represent NMF with regulators and funders
- Mentor and hold accountable the NMF Manager
- Liaise with the NAOP Board
- Open doors to investors and DFI partners.
