BRANCH Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Supervise and motivate staff to achieve company objectives
  • Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve branch targets
  • Oversee stock control, inventory management, and merchandising
  • Ensure proper cash management and accountability
  • Prepare and submit operational reports

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a managerial role within a supermarket, retail, or FMCG environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and report-writing ability
