Job description:
The Brand Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of marketing activities for an assigned portfolio of brands under the CFAO Mobility Uganda multi-brand family. The role coordinates end-to-end campaigns, product launches, events, and activations, working closely with sales teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful, on-brand, results-driven marketing.

Key Role Specifications and Responsibilities/Key Result Areas
1. Brand Coordination & Ownership
- Coordinate and manage all marketing activities for assigned brands.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and application across all touchpoints in alignment with the OEM brand guidelines.
- Act as the primary brand liaison for internal teams (Sales, Aftersales, HR, etc.), external agencies and partners.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute brand-specific marketing and campaign activities in accordance with the annual roadmap.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.
3. Events & Activations
- Plan and coordinate all brand-specific events, activations, and BTL activities.
- Coordinate all logistics, suppliers, agencies, and internal contributors.
- Deliver clear post activity reports with results and key learnings.
4. Brand Performance & Lead Support
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead volumes, and lead quality.
- Work with sales and digital teams to ensure commercial support campaigns objectives.
- Use performance insights to recommend improvements and optimizations.
5. Agency & Supplier Coordination
- Prepare clear briefs and coordinate with creative, media, events and production agencies
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and delivery of brand assets while ensuring that outputs meet brand standards and CFAO expectations
- Follow CFAO procurement and governance processes.
6. Budget & Reporting
- Monitor marketing spend for assigned brands against approved budgets.
- Support management reporting with clear performance and spend updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and approvals.

Required Job Qualification, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in brand coordination, marketing execution, or campaign management.
- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and events.
- Experience working with external agencies and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience in automotive, FMCG, retail, or sales‑driven marketing and lead generation initiatives.
- Professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
