Position Summary:
The Brand Executive is responsible for supporting the execution of brand strategies by coordinating activities across multiple internal departments and external partners. The role ensures alignment, consistency, and timely delivery of brand initiatives across all touchpoints including media, events, trade, public relations, and digital platforms.Working closely with the Brand Manager, the Brand Executive plays a key role in translating brand strategy into effective execution, ensuring that all brand activities are integrated and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Execution Support:
- Support the implementation of brand strategies and campaigns.
- Translate brand plans into actionable tasks across departments
- Ensure timely execution of all brand initiatives
2. Cross Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate brand related activities across the various functions / departments.
- Ensure alignment of messaging and deliverables across all functions.
3. Campaign Coordination:
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables and outputs
- Ensure all campaign elements are executed as planned
- Support integrated campaign rollout across multiple channels
4. Agency Coordination:
- Coordinate with creative, media and PR agencies
- Support development of briefs and ensure clear communication of requirements
- Track agency deliverables and timelines
- Ensure outputs align with brand guidelines and expectations
5. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track execution progress of brand initiatives
- Support preparation of reports and campaign performance and brand activities
Qualifications and Skills:
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
Experience
- 2 – 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing coordination or FMCG marketing roles
- Experience working across multiple departments or stakeholders
Technical Skills
- Understanding of integrated marketing (digital, media, PR, trade)
- Project coordination and task tracking
- Familiarity with marketing and campaign execution processes
