We’re seeking a results-driven freelance professional to grow our animal products market across African markets and gather valuable market intelligence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage new customers, distributors, and partners across various African markets.
- Promote and sell our range of animal products to commercial farms, feed mills, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and value.
- Collect and report market data on feed consumption trends, competitor activity, pricing, and regulatory environments.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings as required to build visibility and network in the animal nutrition sector.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, leads, client feedback, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the technical and logistics team to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales, fieldwork, or business development, preferably in animal nutrition, agriculture, or veterinary sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel across African regions, and manage a flexible schedule.
- Proficient in using digital tools for reporting and communication.
- Passionate about agriculture and driven to make an impact in growing markets.
- Multilingual (French, English, Swahili, or local African languages) is a plus.

Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, or Business Administration is highly desirable.
- Candidates with strong field experience in animal feed sales, livestock farming, or agricultural trade will be prioritized.
- Previous involvement in cross-border trade or regional business development within Africa is a plus.
