Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, timely monthly & quarterly management reports.
- Prepare business performance analysis versus set targets.
- Timely submission of management reports per set timelines.
- Resolve management reporting queries with Head Office.
- Prepare accurate & timely Closely Watched Numbers reports to management & Group Finance daily.
- Ensure Daily Closely Watched Numbers matches with monthly reports.
- Implement procedures to drive timely comparison and reconciliation of information received from various systems that are used in statistical reporting.
- Conducts monthly customer trend analysis by class of service, usage by destination and time and reports on findings.
- Facilitating the business to take appropriate decision through management reports & analysis.
- Prepare monthly revenue bucket/ segment analysis.
- Benchmark performance against Competition and other relevant international performance benchmarks.
- Ensure all financial & nonfinancial information is uploaded into Airtel Hyperion/HFM/FPM accurately.
- Extract MAPA and review output for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensures that any issues raised during the quarterly, annual and internal audits are closed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ Experience.
- Knowledge of Sun systems, Oracle Financials, Hyperion and Enhanced PC skills.
- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) or equivalent (First Class or Upper Second).
- Full membership to a Professional Accountancy Qualifications i.e. ACCA, CPA, CIMA.Skills critical to the role:
