Call Centre Agents- MARU CREDIT

Role: Handle customer communications, provide accurate product information, resolve inquiries, and convert interactions into qualified loan applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field
  • At least 6 months’ experience in a call centre or customer service role is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Luganda with professional telephone etiquette.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
