Kampala Medical Chambers Hospital is seeking a Cashier to join our team and assist in managing patient payments, credit transactions, and financial records with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Process payments (cash, credit, cheque, insurance) and handle bank transactions, maintaining accurate income records.
- Assist the receptionist with scheduling follow-up visits and managing appointments.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Transfer financial records to the Tally system daily.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong math and computer skills; Tally knowledge is a plus.
