Are you a detail-oriented culinary professional?

Hugamara Group is looking for Chefs De Partie to manage a dedicated kitchen section, ensure high food standards, and support high-volume operations in our Central Kitchen!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage an assigned kitchen section during food production, ensuring preparation, presentation, and portion control meet company standards.
  2. Coordinate with other kitchen sections and support Head and Sous Chefs in daily operations and timely execution.
  3. Monitor stock usage to minimize food wastage while ensuring strict compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
  4. Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization within workstations.

Qualifications:

  1. Certificate, Diploma, or training in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (an added advantage).
  2. 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  3. Strong understanding of food preparation standards; experience in high-volume hospitality or Central Kitchen setups is preferred!
