Job Description

• Define corporate strategy, oversee plant expansion in Namanve and Nakasongola, and lead enterprise operations.
• Manage board and investor relations while safeguarding long term financial sustainability and commercial growth.
• Direct organizational capability, executive governance, and cross functional performance to deliver strategic business objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Translate corporate purpose into measurable medium and long term operating priorities and enterprise strategy.
• Oversee manufacturing plant expansion projects in Namanve and Nakasongola, ensuring realistic operating plans, capital allocation, and risk controls.
• Manage board and investor relations through transparent, data supported performance reviews and strategic updates.
• Direct financial stewardship across capital expenditures, annual budgets, cash flow requirements, and major commercial contracts.
• Establish senior leadership accountability and enforce timely corrective action across operating, legal, and financial functions.
• Shape organizational structure, succession plans, and management routines to resolve cross functional bottlenecks.
• Uphold strict occupational safety, food safety, hygiene, environmental, and statutory regulatory requirements across all facilities.
• Champion continuous improvement and quality standards while ensuring approved operating controls and validated processes are never bypassed.

Education Qualifications & Experience

Education Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, Economics, or a relevant Master’s credential (such as MSc, MA, MEng, or postgraduate diploma).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIPS, CIM, CIPD/HR credentials, project management certifications, quality or safety qualifications, or recognized equivalent foreign credentials.

Experience

• 10+ years in executive leadership within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
