Preferable Candidate should have;
- Bachelor’s Degree; Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA(U) or ACCA will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in SACCO or Multi-Purpose Co-operative management.
- Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and business development skills.
- Strong knowledge of cooperative governance, credit management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
