Position: Communications Officer 

The Communications Officer will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen the company’s brand, improve stakeholder engagement, and ensure clear and consistent messaging across all platforms. The role connects leadership, customers, partners, and internal teams by translating company goals and product information into impactful communication. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned with company objectives. • Manage and maintain consistent company branding and messaging across all communication channels. • Create engaging content for social media, websites, campaigns, newsletters, and company announcements. 
• Simplify technical product information into clear and customer-friendly messages. • Support product awareness, launches, customer education, and market engagement initiatives. • Manage customer and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong professional relationships. • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams. 
• Support public relations activities, partnerships, events, and official company communication. • Improve internal communication and collaboration between departments. 
• Monitor communication performance and recommend improvements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong content creation and storytelling abilities. 
• Public speaking and presentation skills. 
• Digital marketing and social media management knowledge. 
• Strong customer relationship skills. 
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts. 
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. 
• Good planning, organization, and teamwork skills. 
• Fluency in Kiswahili is an added advantage. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Background in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, IT, or related fields. • Experience in communications, customer relations, marketing, or technology-related roles is an added advantage.
