Inspire Africa Group is hiring a Community Liaison Officer to lead stakeholder engagement & community relations for the Africa Coffee Park Project, manage grievances & support fair compensation & resettlement processes and ensure transparent communication & regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead community & stakeholder engagement.
• Manage grievances & conflict resolution.
• Coordinate land acquisition & resettlement communication.
• Build relationships with local leaders & stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project & regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, Law, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, or grievance  management.
• Knowledge of land acquisition, resettlement, & compensation processes.
• Strong communication, mediation, & stakeholder management skills.
• Training in grievance handling or social safeguards is an added advantage.
