INVITATION FOR OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
CONSTRUCTION OF MOYO DISTRICT LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL HALL AND OFFICES IN MOYO DISTRICT UNDER TRANSITIONAL DEVELOPMENT GRANT (TDG) PHASE TWO (II) – WITH PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: MOYO896/WRKS/26-27/00023.
- The Moyo District Local Government (Moyo-DLG) has allocated/ received funds from Transitional Development Grant (TDG) to be used for CONSTRUCTION OF MOYO DISTRICT LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL HALL AND OFFICES IN MOYO DISTRICT UNDER TRANSITIONAL DEVELOPMENT GRANT (TDG) PHASE TWO (II).
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
- Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (the Act) Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from Procurement and Disposal Unit/ Moyo-DLG.
- The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 8(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 200,000/=. The method of payment will be processed through the Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS) – generated payment registration number (PRN). - Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 1st December, 2026 at 12:30pm. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ugx. 10,000,000/=. Bid securities must be valid until 19th February, 2027. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 1st December, 2026 at 2:30pm.
- There shall be a pre-bid meeting/site visit at Education & Sports Resource Centre, Moyo District on 11th November, 2026 at 2:00pm on the date indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
