The Presidential Initiative on Banana Industrial Development (PIBID)/Banana Industrial Research and Development Centre (BIRDC) invites sealed proposals from eligible consultants for:

1. The RFP document (s) shall be inspected and issued at PDU Office, PIBID/BIRDC, Plot 26A, Lumumba Avenue, Kampala; P.O. Box 35747, Kampala.
2. The deadline for proposal submission shall be at PDU Office, PIBID/BIRDC, Plot 26A, Lumumba Avenue, Kampala; P.O Box 35747, Kampala, October 20th, 2026 at 11:00 A.m.
3. The bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders/consultants from the address at 8 (b) upon submitting a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only).
4. The procurements by Presidential Initiative on Banana Industrial Development (PIBID)/Banana Industrial Research and Development Centre (BIRDC) are regulated by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority.
