The role will provide strategic and analytical support to shape the future growth of the poultry business through data-driven insights, business planning, performance analysis and identification of opportunities for sustainable growth.
Key position responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of the poultry business across breeding, hatchery, broiler production, feed, processing and commercial operations; assess current performance, capacity, market opportunities, operational gaps and growth potential; and translate findings into clear strategic priorities and long-term business plans.
Qualifications, skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Strong experience in financial modeling
- Strong financial and business analysis skills
- Data driven and analytical mindset
- Interest in poultry/agriculture sector
- High Learning Agility
- 3 to 5 years working experience
- Not more than 35 years of age
- CPA/ACCA is required
