KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and secure corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
• Promote corporate mental health and wellness programmes.
• Mobilize revenue through institutional engagements, events and podcast sponsorships.
• Develop business proposals and negotiate partnerships.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Meet agreed revenue and partnership targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing. Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, corporate sales or partnership management.
• Strong networking, negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated and commercially oriented.
• Experience in NGO, media or events partnerships is an added advantage.
