Job Summary:

The Corporate Sales Representative- Fintech & Payments will lead the acquisition and growth of organizations using SafeBoda’s fintech and payment solutions.The person should be commercially driven and will focus on identifying high-potential organizations with recurring payment needs, building relationships with decision-makers, developing commercial propositions, closing new business, and driving meaningful transaction volumes from acquired accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective B2B fintech customers.
  • Prospect and engage decision-makers across Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Operations, IT, and related functions.
  • Understand customer payment processes and develop tailored commercial solutions.
  • Lead opportunities from prospecting through negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
  • Consistently achieve agreed sales, revenue, and transaction-volume targets.
  • Monitor customer transaction activity and identify opportunities to increase volumes.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across SafeBoda’s fintech products.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and proactively address retention risks.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve onboarding, operational, and product issues.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, technology, or a related industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to medium and large organizations.
  • Strong experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and develop strategic accounts.
