Position: Customer Acquisition Officer

About the Role
Pahappa Limited is looking for a results-driven Customer Acquisition Officer to join our dedicated Customer Acquisition Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring customers, developing customer acquisition opportunities and achieving assigned revenue and customer acquisition activity targets.
This is a performance-driven role. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate genuine customer acquisition ability, not simply experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned customer acquisition revenue targets.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Prospect for new customers through calls, email, networking, referrals and other approved channels.
- Conduct customer acquisition meetings and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Close new business.
- Maintain an active customer acquisition pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer acquisition records.
- Prepare customer acquisition reports and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide relevant market and competitor feedback.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, Computer Science or a related field is desirable.
- At least two (2) years’ relevant sales, business development, customer care experience or any related field.
- Demonstrated experience working against targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
