Job Summary: We are seeking an articulate, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative to serve as the critical support link between our sales force, distributors, and consumer base. This role focuses on streamlining order placements, managing corporate and retail inquiries, resolving service feedback efficiently, and ensuring our clients receive a premium experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries, order logs, and supply complaints via phone, email, and front-office interactions professionally.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch divisions to trace product deliveries and update distributors on their delivery timelines.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies, return requests, or delivery variations in line with standard institutional operating procedures.
  • Maintain an up-to-date, accurate digital CRM database of distributor feedback, interactions, and purchasing patterns.
  • Provide comprehensive product data, pricing tiers, and promotional details to prospective retail and wholesale buyers.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience operating within a busy customer service, call center, or sales support role.
  • Background exposure to an FMCG or manufacturing context—specifically dealing with Cooking Oil, Soap, and Flour distribution channels—is preferred.
  • Must possess a verifiable, documented employment history reference from previous employers.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, active listening, structured problem-solving, and professional telephone etiquette.
