At HMH-KUKU Ltd, shared prosperity begins with people who care. We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Depot Clerk to support the sale of day-old chicks (DOCs), feed, and related equipment while delivering excellent service to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Sell One-Stop Shop products, including day-old chicks (DOCs), feed, and equipment.
- Manage stock levels and recommend timely reorders to meet customer demand.
- Deliver excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Process payments accurately and issue invoices and receipts.
- Reconcile daily sales and collections with precision.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain and update the DOC customer database.
- Generate accurate sales and inventory reports to support decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations (experience in agricultural consumer products is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High integrity, honesty, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
- Diploma in Animal Science or Animal Health is an added advantage.
