Digital Communications Analyst
The Digital Communications Analyst will support the development, implementation, and optimisation of digital communication strategies for clients across multiple sectors. The role combines strategic research, content and campaign management, analytics, community engagement, and project coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Support digital communication and content strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct industry, competitor, and audience research.
- Develop content calendars and coordinate digital content.
- Assist with integrated digital campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Support SEO and social media optimisation.
- Monitor website, social media, and campaign performance.
- Analyse digital metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Support digital community management and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify relevant influencers, partners, and online communities.
- Collaborate with account management, strategy, and creative teams.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, digital communications, social media, content strategy, or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and communications strategy.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO, social media management, paid digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
Experience with digital management platforms is an advantage.
