Digital Marketing Manager- Spiro Uganda

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital strategy and performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage paid campaigns, optimize CPL, conversions, ROI, and digital budgets.
  • Oversee agencies, influencers, and content production to ensure timely, high quality delivery.
  • Drive social media growth, community engagement, and digital storytelling.
  • Supervise the Digital Performance Specialist and coordinate with Brand, Trade, Sales, Partnerships, and Lead Gen teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years in Digital or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong experience in paid media, social media growth, analytics, and influencer management.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, teams, and fast paced digital operations.
