JOB OBJECTIVE(S)
- To deliver exceptional retail business performance through excellent customer
service, sales, and transactional processing within the branch and assigned market - Drive exceptional sales performance by identifying customer needs and actively selling and cross-selling UBA products and services
- Achieve assigned targets across all retail banking product lines in line with branch targets and business
Education & Knowledge
- University degree from a reputable institution
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and banking operations

- Strong sales and cross-selling capabilities
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
