KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personnel Management: Oversee daily attendance of direct sales city managers, conduct training on direct sales skills and relevant commission/management policies, assist managers in resolving work-related issues.
• Inventory/Goods Management: Review credit sales applications from managers and coordinate with sales assistants to process orders, Arrange for product dispatch from the nearest service center, Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Business Operations Management: Compile sales reports and calculate commissions, Conduct random telephone follow-ups with customers to verify the authenticity of sales, Travel every two weeks to join direct sales teams in the field, supervise managers in recruiting new direct sales teams
• Commission Disbursement: Manage the weekly/monthly disbursement of commissions for direct sales city managers and team leaders.
• Field Outreach Organization: Organize teams every Saturday for road shows and door-to-door sales activities.
• Tent Management: Monitor tent operations in Kampala and outlying areas, Report daily sales data, assist in updating promotional materials and replacing tents as needed.
