Dispatch Coordinator

Coordinate the end-to-end grain movement – from field harvest and plant reception to storage and final delivery – ensuring on-time, cost-effective and fully tracked deliveries.

Own the movement. Coordinate the fleet. Deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and transport planning
• Coordinate fleet and third-party transporters
• Track trucks and manage trip documentation
• Monitor delivery performance, costs, safety and compliance

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management or a related field
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in dispatch or grain logistics (large-scale agriculture or bulk cargo preferred)
• Proven experience in fleet coordination

Location: Kigumba and other parts of Northern Uganda.
