To serve as the primary control and coordination point for P&C benefits administration within country. Manage the end-to-end benefits value chain through accurate transaction processing, financial reconciliation, and
vendor management. Provide advisory support to employees / line managers on benefit offerings, and support Pension Board activities to ensure compliance, data integrity, and a positive employee experience within the Payroll and Core Master Data systems.
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of medical, retirement, and risk benefits to provide employees with consistent and reliable access to their contracted value proposition.
- Manage the enrolment of all eligible employees into specific benefit schemes to maintain immediate coverage and compliance with employment contracts.
- Perform regular reconciliation of benefits payments against internal records, verifying pre-payment requirements and conducting post-payment quality reviews to identify and resolve financial discrepancies, variances, and exceptions.
- Execute first-line quality assurance checks on all benefit-related data captures within P&C systems to maintain a high standard of data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor service provider performance against established Service Level Agreements to uphold the quality of support and service delivery provided to bank employees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits-related queries, providing guidance on processes like bursaries and funeral claims to deliver a positive employee experience.
- Maintain accurate benefit master data on the P&C Payroll and Core Master Data system to provide a reliable source of truth for payroll processing and statutory reporting.
- Generate comprehensive benefits reports for EXCO and management forums to inform strategic decision-making regarding benefit utilisation and associated costs.
- Facilitate benefit awareness sessions and develop communication materials to educate employees on the full value and correct utilisation of their available benefits.
- Identify opportunities for automation within the benefits data management process to increase operational efficiency and reduce the risk of manual processing errors.

Experience Required
5-7 years’ experience in P&C Operations with a strong focus on Benefit Administration, Payroll,
or Financial Reconciliation. Proven experience handling large-scale data sets and complex vendor reconciliations.
