Job Description

To proactively promote a virtual/remote relationship-based offering by being a dedicated and primary point of contact for clients in the Prestige/Executive Banking segment (and Private Banking where required), through the provision of banking solutions which meet their needs and in accordance with the specified value propositions.

  • Promotes and pro-actively solutions a range of banking offerings and solutions to meet the financial needs of customers in line with the segment value proposition.
  • Resolves customer requests tactfully and within set service level agreements (SLA’s), whilst not compromising the client or the bank’s interests / reputation.
  • Conducts a financial needs analysis with all new and existing customers to ensure that product opportunities identified are appropriate to meet their needs and priorities. Acquires and opens new accounts and cross sells additional products and services in line with customer needs by identifying and referring sales leads to other business stakeholders (where relevant).
  • Pro-actively manages portfolio to maximise revenue for the Bank, minimises costs and risks, whilst maintaining and entrenching the customer’s relationship with the Bank.
  • Educates customers with regards to lending application processes (e.g. vehicle finance, home loans, overdraft, credit card, personal loans, cash, etc), credit maintenance processes (e.g. annual reviews) and account conduct expectations (e.g., minimum account balances, provision for debit orders and cheque payments, etc
Qualifications
  • First Degree Business Commerce
  • 3-4 years experience in sales and relationship management of clients and able to drive profitability and build relationships.
  • Proven sales track record in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of the bank’s products, services and digital platforms.
