Baker Tilly Hem LLP is seeking suitably qualified, experienced and motivated professionals on behalf of a client operating in the hospitality sector in Uganda.
F&B Manager
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant F&B experience
- At least 3-5 years in an F&B Manager or senior F&B management role
- Strong restaurants, bars, banquets and events experience
- African/East African hotel experience is an advantage
- Experience managing local and multicultural teams
- Strong food and beverage cost-control knowledge
- Good knowledge of POS systems and financial reporting
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
