POSITION / QUALIFICATIONS
Provide professional onsite installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of customer IT and network infrastructure, ensuring reliable service delivery. timely fault resolution, and an excellent customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and configure routers, switches, access points and customer-premise equipment
- Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, fibre, radio and internet connectivity solutions.
- Conduct site surveys, installations, testing and customer handover.
- Diagnose and resolve network, hardware and connectivity incidents within SLA timelines.
- Maintain accurate tickets, configurations and field reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering.
Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or a related field - 1-3 years of relevant IT support, networking or field engineering experience.
- Good knowledge of TCP/P, Routing & Switching Wireless Networks and Endpoint Support.
- CCNA, Mikro Tik, Microsoft, Fortinet, CompTIA Network+ or ITIL certification is an added advantage.
