At Novachick we work closely with poultry farmers to support poultry as a business. We are looking for result driven sales extension officers to provide technical support, promote our products and help grow our presence in the designated areas.

POSITION:  Field Sales Extension Officer
DUTY STATION:  Mukono

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct regular farm visits to offer technical and commercial support.
• Organize and facilitate training & demonstrations on best poultry practices.
• Perform early disease surveillance and provide actionable feedback.
• Promote and sell NOVA Chicks products, poultry feed, and related inputs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A National Diploma or Certificate in Animal Husbandry, Animal Production. and Management, or Agriculture.
• A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a customer technical support, extension service, or sales role.
• Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a rural field environment.
