FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER- SHREE SAHAJANAND SCHOOL UGANDA

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Institutional Catering, Food Service Management, or Culinary Arts.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 – 5 years in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality or catering industry, preferably in a school set up.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Ability to manage budgets, handle procurement, and perform cost-benefit analyses for school meals.

MENU PLANNING

Knowledge of developing balanced. nutritious menus that meet the body’s requirements for growth and health.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in basic computer software
  • (MS Office) for record-keeping and inventory management

AGE/ HEALTH

Applicants should be physically fit and usually between 30-35 years old.
