Hotel La Grande is hiring a Front Office Manager to carryout the following duties and responsibilities;

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Will help in customer relations.
  • Solving customer problems.
  • Will be in charge of advertising and running social media platforms.
  • Comparing prices with other hotels’.
  • Giving reports
  • Giving guests feedback.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Should be a female.
  • Between 30 – 40yrs.
  • Should have a good attitude.
  • Fluent in Luganda, English and at least one other language.
