Baker Tilly Hem LLP is seeking suitably qualified, experienced and motivated professionals on behalf of a client operating in the hospitality sector in Uganda.
General Manager
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant management experience
- At least 4-5 years in a senior management or General Manager position
- Proven experience managing multiple departments and leading business operations
- Strong strategic planning, operational and organizational skills
- Good financial and commercial understanding, including budgeting and reporting
- Experience managing local and multicultural teams
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Client relationship and stakeholder management experience is an added advantage
