Role Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, driving business performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all Paint & Sip Uganda activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and team development.
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor operational efficiency and maintain high service Standards
- Oversee budgeting, revenue performance, and cost control.
- Support marketing, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage operations, staff, and customer experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Creative or artistic background is an added advantage
