The Graduate Management Training Program
The program will provide exciting opportunities for high-potential graduates and shape their career journeys in the fast-growing financial services sector, developing participants into Relationship Managers and future banking leaders.

The opportunity
The 12-month intensive training program (starting January 2027) will expose 10 Graduate Trainees in Central Uganda to:

This program seeks to recruit Universal Graduates capable of thriving across diverse business functions and departments. Applicants will be placed based on business needs and assessment performance; therefore, individual department or functional preferences will not be selected or considered during this application.

Upon completion of the program, high-performing graduates may be retained for specific roles and further career development beyond the initial year.

Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Standing: Bachelor’s degree (1st Class or 2nd Class Upper Division)
• High School Requirements: Credit passes in O-Level Mathematics and English nad A’Level General Paper
• Recency: Graduated within the last 2 years (Pending graduates with provisional transcripts or official university recommendations are eligible)
• Target Disciplines: Open to all academic backgrounds (Preference for IT/Cybersecurity, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, any Business related course, and/or Agriculture)
