POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME

We are seeking a service-oriented and personable Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of hospitality across the property. this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, proactively building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the guest journey. You will anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and exceed expectations to ensure guest satisfaction, create seamless and memorable stays, and elevate the #MestilExperience from arrival to departure.

Are you professional, attentive, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences? Do you hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience?

Experience serving VIPs, high-profile guests, or members-only clientele will be a strong advantage.
