Cottage Attendant (only female candidates)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and prepare cottages before guest check-in.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the guest’s stay.
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, bathtubs and outdoor areas.
- Change bed linen, towels and other room supplies.
- Ensure cottages are properly arranged and presentable.
- Restock guest amenities when needed.
- Report any damaged items or maintenance issues.
- Assist guests with basic requests when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the cottage areas.
- Handle guest belongings and property with care and confidentiality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality or a similar role is an added advantage.
- Minimum education level: S.6 certificate (UACE)
- Must be clean, organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be reliable, respectful and trustworthy.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must take pride in maintaining beautiful and welcoming guest spaces
