POSITION: HR SUPERVISOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in agribusiness, agriculture or a labour-intensive environment.
• Experience managing seasonal/casual labour is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Strong communication, organisation and people-management skills.
