Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate must possess at least 8 years of professional experience in an HR role, 3 of those must be at a management level
Must have a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
A post graduate Diploma in Human Resource will be an added advantage
Additional HR education and certification is a must
